About Sustainability For You

Making India's industries carbon accountable — one company at a time.

Our Mission

India accounts for 7% of global greenhouse gas emissions, and heavy industry — steel, cement, aluminium — is a major contributor. These companies are required to report their emissions, but the data is buried in thousands of PDFs. We're changing that.

Our goal is to calculate and publish emissions for every industrial company in India — making the invisible visible — so that companies, regulators, investors, and citizens can make informed decisions. When every tonne of CO2 is measured and accountable, India moves closer to carbon neutrality.

What We Do

1

Track public emissions data

We extract GHG emissions from BRSR filings filed with BSE/NSE and compare them with Climate TRACE satellite estimates. All data is free, open, and traceable to its source.

2

Calculate emissions for companies

We help Indian manufacturers calculate their Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for BRSR compliance, CBAM reporting, and EU buyer questionnaires. If you need your carbon footprint calculated, we can help.

3

Build towards national coverage

We started with steel, cement, and aluminium. Our roadmap covers every major industrial sector in India — because carbon accountability shouldn't be limited to a few dozen companies.

Who Built This

I'm Jainendra Singh. I've worked across heavy industry and data engineering — from steel plant production systems to large-scale data platforms. That background is why I understand how emissions data is generated, where it breaks, and what makes it trustworthy.

I built this because India's emissions data is technically public (buried in BRSR filings) but practically inaccessible. No single source aggregated it. I wanted to change that — make every tonne of CO2 visible, verifiable, and free to access.

Open Data

All emissions data on this site is derived from public filings and open datasets. If you use this data in research or reporting, please cite the original sources (BRSR filings, Climate TRACE) as well as this tracker.
